I grew up around resumes long before I understood what a startup was. My uncle owned one of the earliest internet cafés in Calicut, Kerala, during the internet boom of the 1990s. As a child, I watched job seekers prepare resumes in hopes of finding better opportunities. By the age of ten, I was already helping people format resumes and prepare documents.
That experience taught me an important lesson: a resume is more than a document—it can change someone's life.
I later earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering and built my career around technology, systems, and product development. I also worked as an Associate Product Manager at Spaceenos, where I gained experience building products and scaling operational systems.
In February 2025, I launched No More Rejection, a resume-writing service focused on helping job seekers create ATS-friendly resumes. What started as a simple service evolved into a profitable business. During FY 2025–26, we generated more than ₹17 lakh in revenue from a single ATS resume product. We processed thousands of resumes and served customers across India, the UAE, Singapore, Canada, Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
The biggest insight wasn't the revenue. It was realising that millions of qualified candidates are rejected by systems they don't understand before recruiters even read their applications.
Operating No More Rejection allowed me to build a semi-automated workflow combining AI, WhatsApp, automation, and human quality control. It proved that intelligent career assistance can be delivered at scale. Today, our team works remotely across multiple locations, creating flexible employment opportunities while serving job seekers worldwide.
